During your discovery call, we take time to understand your family’s routines, values, and personalities, along with the care you need. We want to learn what makes someone feel at home with your family, so we can look for a nanny who fits both the role and your household.
02 | We Find Your Best Matches
We begin by looking within our trusted team for a nanny whose experience and personality fit your family. If we don’t have the right match, we recruit and screen new candidates with your needs in mind. Then, we introduce the strongest candidates and coordinate interviews so you can decide who feels right for your home.
03 | You Choose the Arrangement That Fits Your Family
Your family makes the final hiring decision with our support. You can choose to book your nanny through Westchase Sitters under our contractor arrangement or hire them directly. If you choose direct hire, we can connect you with resources to help set up payroll.
04 | We Help You Save and Stay Supported
We check in after placement to make sure things are going well for both your family and your nanny. Full-time and part-time nanny placements also include a VIP membership, giving you access to request backup care whenever you need extra support.

This covers both the fees for Westchase Sitters and the standard pay for the caregivers.

Full Time & Part Time Nanny Placement

- Agency takes charge of scheduling and coordination with your caregiver.
- VIP Membership included with access to backup care options in case the caregiver falls ill, or needs time off ($495 value annually).
- Nanny placement guarantee of 20 days covered in Placement Fee.
- Conveniently pay via credit card through the app per day or week.
Hourly Rate $28+/hr
The hourly rate is determined by you, the family. Our minimum starting rate for Nannies is $25/hr, excluding an additional $3 per hour for agency fees on the Nanny's wages.
placement Investment $1,500
Launch the search with a $500 deposit, with the remaining $1,000 due once your nanny is successfully placed. This one-time fee covers our personalized search to find the perfect match. No additional membership is required, and you’ll receive a complimentary membership throughout our partnership.

Holiday Rates: 1.5x Regular Rate
For Consistent Care families only, Sitters are paid at a rate of time and a half. Applies for all major holidays including but not limited to: New Years Eve, Gasparilla, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter.
Save 10% when you prepay your membership annually. Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you can do so anytime in the app. Your membership will continue through the remainder of your current month and will not renew on the next billing cycle.
