The 30-minute visit it to be coordinated directly between Sitter and family.  Any extra visits will incur additional charges based on visit pricing including any requirements after the final day (when the Sitter is not staying overnight) visit pricing applies according to the selected period of time.

Our Sitters typically come and go throughout the day, never leaving for more than 3 hours at a time. If you prefer, you may request that your Sitter remain on-site for the full duration, or specify a minimum number of hours they should be present.

Schedule a 30-minute in-home meet and greet before starting visits. During the initial consultation, our Sitters take the time to get to know you and your pets. Our pet Sitters want to learn their daily routine to follow, reinforce your use of commands, and ensure your pet's overall well-being and comfort while you’re away. 

Please note, this is a requirement  to overnights with a new Sitter.
