This covers up to 2 pets from 8 pm-8 am. Additionally, one 30-minute visit is provided during the day at no additional charge.
The 30-minute visit it to be coordinated directly between Sitter and family. Any extra visits will incur additional charges based on visit pricing including any requirements after the final day (when the Sitter is not staying overnight) visit pricing applies according to the selected period of time.

This rate covers up to two pets for a 24-hour period.
Our Sitters typically come and go throughout the day, never leaving for more than 3 hours at a time. If you prefer, you may request that your Sitter remain on-site for the full duration, or specify a minimum number of hours they should be present.$165 up to 2 pets

Schedule a 30-minute in-home meet and greet before starting visits. During the initial consultation, our Sitters take the time to get to know you and your pets. Our pet Sitters want to learn their daily routine to follow, reinforce your use of commands, and ensure your pet's overall well-being and comfort while you’re away.
Please note, this is a requirement to overnights with a new Sitter.

Lockbox
If needed, we will provide a lockbox for convenient and secure access to your home, which you will keep for future use.

Last Minute Booking Fee
Westchase Sitters is happy to fill last-minute requests whenever possible. A last minute request is a request that is within 24 hours of the Sitters arrival. per booking

Holiday Surcharge
Apply for all major holidays including but not limited to: New Years Eve, Gasparilla, 4th of July, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter. per booking

Terms & Cancellation Policies
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled sitting, a $5 cancellation fee for the agency and a $10 cancellation fee for the Sitter will be charged to your card at the time of cancellation. If a cancellation is made within 3 hours of the scheduled sitting, the full payment for the sitting will be due.
No cancellation fee with over 24 hours notice.
