Wedding and Event Care Service Rates
Event CARE Coordination, Starting at $300
Our Event Care Coordination provides comprehensive concierge support throughout the planning process. From caregiver selection and staffing coordination to family communication, scheduling logistics, backup coverage, and administrative management, our team handles every detail to deliver a seamless childcare experience for your guests.
Care Team $175/Sitter
Each Care Team member provides up to 5 hours of dedicated event care for a flat rate of $175. Additional time beyond five hours is billed at $35 per hour, per Sitter.
Staffing requirements are based on the number and ages of children attending to ensure safe, engaging, and attentive care throughout your event.
