Wedding and Event Care Service Rates
You will be responsible for your Sitter’s rate plus a $300 event coordination investment.
Event Coordination Investment $300
Our one-time Event Care Coordination investment provides comprehensive concierge support throughout the planning process. From caregiver selection and staffing coordination to family communication, scheduling logistics, backup coverage, and administrative management, our team handles every detail to deliver a seamless childcare experience for your guests.
Care Team $175/Sitter
Each Care Team member provides up to five hours of dedicated event care for a flat rate of $175. Additional time beyond five hours is billed at $35 per hour, per Sitter. Staffing requirements are based on the number and ages of children attending to ensure safe, engaging, and attentive care throughout your event.
Activity & Craft Package $10/child
Designed for children ages 3 and up, our Activity & Craft Package includes age-appropriate games, hands-on crafts, and engaging activities to keep children entertained throughout your event. Activities are thoughtfully selected to encourage creativity, social interaction, and fun while providing a memorable experience for your youngest guests.

At Westchase Sitters, we take the extra steps to carefully interview, verify, and train our Sitters according to the Westchase Sitters standards, ensuring they are well-prepared for their role. Our Sitters are not only full of energy but also possess kindness and compassion. They approach your precious children and fur babies with utmost respect and provide the nurturing care they deserve.
Our Sitters meet the following requirements:
Pass a comprehensive background check
Complete a driving record screening
Hold current CPR and First Aid certification
Be at least 18 years old
Have prior experience in babysitting and pet sitting
Be committed to ongoing education in childcare and pet care

We recruit our team members through a combination of word-of-mouth recommendations, online advertising, and referrals from our active involvement in the local community.
Terms & Cancellation Policies
Pricing is customized based on your event's unique care needs and staffing requirements.
Required Care Team staffing is determined by your event and billed at the applicable Care Team Rate.
If transportation is required, mileage is reimbursed at $0.76 per mile.
We understand plans change, but our Sitters rely on confirmed bookings.
