Set up your Westchase Sitters account and tell us a little about your family.
02 | Request Consistent Care
Share the days, hours, and dates you need care, along with anything you’d like us to know about your ideal Sitter. We encourage you to add as many details as you can!
03 | Activate Your Membership
Consistent care typically requires VIP membership for unlimited bookings with no booking fees. If you need four or fewer appointments a month, you can pay per booking instead.
04 | Get Matched With Your Sitter
A placement coordinator will work with you to find a Sitter who fits your family and can support your schedule throughout the requested time frame.
Monthly Membership and Hourly Rate
VIP Membership $129
Set up your membership before submitting your consistent care request. Your membership must remain active for each appointment to receive its booking benefits; otherwise, the standard booking fee of $30 applies.
Relieves you from the responsibility of managing household taxes and annual reporting.
Hourly Rate $21+/hr
Your ongoing hourly rate includes your caregiver’s pay plus $3 per hour for Westchase Sitters’ care coordination, with the total varying by role, location, and family budget.
SERVICE FEE + 4.6%
Payment is processed directly through the platform either monthly or weekly.
Holiday Rates: 1.5x Regular Rate
For Consistent Care families only, Sitters are paid at a rate of time and a half. Applies for all major holidays including but not limited to: New Years Eve, Gasparilla, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter.
Save 10% when you prepay your membership annually. Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you can do so anytime in the app. Your membership will continue through the remainder of your current month and will not renew on the next billing cycle.
