  • Keep your children/pets safe and engaged

  • Follow any special instructions you provided

  • Adjust the booking time if you return early or late

If Plans Change

Running late? No problem! Your Sitter can extend the time in the app.

Home early? They'll adjust the time down so you're only charged for actual time.

Review the final times and fees in the app

Payment automatically processes to your card on file

  1. Open the app after your sitting

  2. Go to your completed bookings

  3. Rate and write a brief review

Tipping Your Sitter

Tips are optional but always appreciated!

Important: Add tips through the app only, no cash transactions please.

This ensures:

  • Proper tracking and taxes

  • Sitter safety

  • Platform integrity

Loved your Sitter? Make it easy to book them again:

  • Click the "Favorite" button on their profile

  • Use Direct Booking next time to request them specifically

  • Make special requests for them in future bookings
