How Booking Works, Your Two 0ptions:
Job Board (Recommended for First-Timers)
Best for: Your first booking or when you're flexible on which Sitter
How it works:
Go to "Request Care" tab in the app
Fill in your date, time, and needs
Post to Job Board
Sitters apply to your request
Review applicants and choose your favorite
Book confirmed!
Timeline: Post at least 5 days in advance for best availability (a week or more is better for special requests)
Direct Booking
Best for: When you have a go-to Sitter you know is available
How it works:
Select your favorite Sitter
Choose date and time
Submit request directly to them
They confirm (or decline if unavailable)
What if they're unavailable? No worries! We'll automatically move your request to the Job Board, or you can do it yourself for a quicker response.
Please be mindful that Sitters availability is only general, not guaranteed.
Special Arrangements
Use the Messages tab in the app to discuss with your Sitter:
Meet & Greets
Early arrival
Extended hours
Any special needs or instructions
During Your Sitting
Your Sitter tracks time through the app
If you return early or late, they'll adjust the time
You'll review final times and fees when they check out
Payment automatically charges your card on file
Don't forget to rate and review your sitter!
Tipping
Tips are optional but appreciated. Add tips through the app only - no cash transactions please. Your Sitter recieves 100% of their tip.
